Set time for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Make time for exercise daily, from classes to workouts at the gym or even just a walk. Finally, make sure that you have time in your routine where you take your pills at the same time. That way the effects will not wear off as quickly and you will be able to maintain the brain chemistry that you need.

Routines have the potential to cause harm, but they can also be very effective at helping you to manage your life in a productive way while you get better. They should not be dismissed as irrelevant, but they should not be accepted blindly either.
